hi sebastien and team,

the phrase 'involuntary staff reduction' has come to light in this forum link. does that mean that some of the team members have been fired or laid off? is this why we have not seen luke or others here on the english forum? i see many questions unanswered here and i try to give aid when possible, but i am not on the staff or a moderator. and i can only limit my help to philatelic and few other topics. please be honest with the delcampe community and give us an updated ascessment of the situation. thank you.

Cajjy,'involuntary staff reduction'normally comes about when something goes wrong ie The Delcampe Crash.
The staff are normally to blame as usual.With inexperienced staff it is hard to find 'good alrounders'.
Then again it would be nice to know what is happening but do we query what happened to staff at are local Bank,really it has nothing to do with us.
We can only complain/suggest what the hell`s going on and when will we be better served as Customers

you know, if you had three of them stamps and a pea, you could play the old 'shell' game and everyone could guess what shell the pea is under. sound like something that is going on here? we have had 7 years of this under the bush administration, i don't need more of it.
