Unfortunately their questions come to us with no item number or description(title) in the text or subject line.
Example: "
I want to make sure you got my payment. Did you? Has it been sent? Thanks"
With no item number or description, this leads to lots of wasted time trying to figure out what the person is talking about.
Add a different home language to that scenario and you really have a mess on your hand.
Is there a way to add a link to the top of sold listings "Ask the seller a question for your item" that will automatically fill in the Item number & description(title)?
