I seem to be having a problem with the Bulk Lister tool. When I try to upload some sales it tells me that I do not have a connection to the internet. This is not possible since I have a DSL connection and I'm ALWAYS connected to the internet.

Also, when I launch the lister, I get a little gray box that says it can't connect to the Delcampe server. Too much time has gone by. (Of course, it then proceeds to download the categories, etc...)

I've re-booted my computer. No luck.

I've signed out of Delcampe and re-logged-on. No luck.

Am I doing something wrong?

From Wednesday morning 1 a.m. (Brussels time), we have diagnosed the Lister freezing all new sales in the waiting loop. The nature of this problem seemed to be a clogging on Delcampe’s side.


Currently, the situation is clearing up and all sales in the waiting loop should be on site in the next 24 hours.


Please do not send your request twice, as this would create duplication of your concerned items.


Verify your Lister items on My Delcampe > Club+ > My subscription (window „Delcampe Lister“ in the upper right).
