i am in no means a banknote expert, but i did find these examples on feebay (my apologies to sebastien, they are only here as an aid to the question). they are not the one you mention but others. they do show the scarcity of your item perhaps. of course condition is also pricing factor, and yours is not the best. but still may be a rarity. let us hope someone will supply more information for you. our departed friend, nachthund, who passed last year would have had the answer. his expertise will be greatly missed on delcampe.
