I agree with you on the wasted time spent on dead beat bidders (Non payers).

Delcampe, we need a system to block bidders with overall " - %" feedback and/or "x" number " negative/neutral feedbacks over a set period of time.

I really get bothered when I have a high end item bid on by a buyer with only one transaction on his record and it is negative (Just happened).

I do not mind selling to new collectors with "0%" feedback and no record of transaction (we all have to start somewhere), but I am disturbed that I can not stop people with overall Negative feedback from bidding on my items.

This especially seems to be a problem with bidders from China & The Russian Federation. Maybe it is a language barrier issue.

Or in the case of China... heavy censorship of Internet activity.

In any case, a better system of who may bid on one's items would be nice.

I have only been selling on this site for less than two months and already have a blocked list of three people and I'm about to add a forth who have not paid or replied after being sent three invoices and two messages each in the 28 days following the sale.

I'd be greatfull if you would also send me your list of blocked bidders as I can add them to my list too, something realy needs to be done about these people, I just dont understand why these people bid in the first place if they dont intend to pay.
