I am pleased to have made my first sale on Delcampe (within an impressive 24 hours of listing) but I am having some problems with the invoicing system. It looks as though an invoice can only be raised after activation of the Electronic Wallet system.
Surely this cannot be true!
I have 5000+ postitive feedbacks on ebay and a very substantial matching Paypal history and really would rather avoid the work involved in maintaining another online payment account.
Any advice on this matter would be appreciated. I see that I can contact the seller directly but would like to use the D* accounting facility.

Unfortunately, it may very well be true.
I immediately opened a MB account--never had to put any money in as it was just to receive payments at first. It's easy enough and cheaper that Paypal to receive funds especially for foreign sales. Some here have complained about trying to withdraw funds, however, and this is something I have yet to do. Seems Paypal gets you on the deposit and MB may get you on the withdrawal.
Most are used to getting an invoice that's more or less just a typed message from the seller. Maybe find yourself an invoice template somewhere?
Probably not the answer you wanted! Maybe a D* veteran or administrator has another option for you.

Welcome, and good luck!
Personally Allan ,like you I prefer MB`s because of the Horrendous fees charged by Paypal for Orders under 5 USD (15%).Where as on Transfering large sums to my friend`s account I`m charged 0.60Euro.But we are both in Germany.
MB`s for me
