very simple, click on the top button 'help & contact'>contact delcampe. you will see the following link. at the very bottom of the page, the last entry is #4 under 'my question remains unanswered'. click on this and you will get an email form to send to evelyne. that's it.

Yes, Ahar, you have to be warned that Evelyne does not actually seem to be there. I am new too. But you will soon hear stories about how delcampe staff disappear suddenly without reason, and no reason is ever given. Pascal and Luke are names that come up. It's what the Americans call "extraordinary rendition", and if it doesn't actually go over our airspace, we can't do much about it. Nobdoy knows where they go or what happens to them .
