ENTIRE: Complete entire from London to Manchester, 9 January 1866. Great Britain (England). Entire (Relating to dividend payments) from London to Manchester, 9 January 1866, bearing an SG45. Plate 9. 2d Blue (thick lines), tied by a finely struck Hampstead (London), number (40), in horizontal oval. B/S with a 100% visible London transit CDS in an unusual bright blue colour, and 100% visible Manchester receiving CDS in black. Condition: Breaking the seal has resulted in an approx 1 x 1.4cm irregular piece missing at point of seal. The lower edge appears to have been pasted to other paper at some time, leaving a narrow paste or gum residue mark along the edge. Breaking this seal has resulted in six 6mm to 1.2cm deep irregular shape chippings. There is less than 1% ink smudging to reverse face, otherwise; this is a Fine entire, without any other readily noticeable faults.
