Item description:
Full colour proof on card of one of the values from Tonga 1989 UPU Congress set plus the issued stamp overprinted specimen. The values in this set all show different methods of mail delivery over the years.

Scarce items from the Tonga printers archival material.

1. By cash (US dollars, pounds or euros) posted through the mail. Cash travels safely through the mail when placed between several sheets of paper or inside an old card.

2. Or payment can be made through PayPal either in US dollars or in pounds.
