I have not Recd This item yet. Please confirm when it has been sent. I have recd one letter from you but that contained only booklet

Hello,

I have checked our mail log book and it looks like we mailed an order to you on Sept 21st. If you have not received this stamp yet, I think it must have been lost in the mail. I know that mail can be slow sometimes but that seems to be too long to expect it to show up. I have a replacement stamp that I can send to you if you think we will have better luck with the mail this time. If not, I can arrange a refund. Did you pay by Paypal or Moneybookers?

Please Send me my Missing stamps for which payments were made with this lot. there were other stamps also. please send them all together. Booklet I had received

We have checked our records and found that all of the items were mailed in the same envelope as the booklet. Since you have the booklet, you must have all of the other stamps as well. Please check your records. If you want to send your email address, I will send a scan of the invoice that was included in the shipment showing all of the items in one order.
