In first of all it´s possible to correspondence in ENGLISH, SPANISH languages too.   I understand others writters languages .
Our shipments are safety packaged with cardboard to prevent bending,  at 7 days maximum after auction close day´s.       
On our packing covers, we put only commemorative stamps with good-glue.
We send a most detailed payment / shipping message to winner (INVOICE).    But if the message return as underliverable (invalid or overprotected e-mail adress) so we will try to contact through the auction site.
