Important information

From october 2 until october 27 I will be on vacation. During this time I am not able to mail any items. Also I am not sure how often I have internet access to answer emails.

All items paid until october 2 at noon (german time) I will mail before I leave to the airport. All items paid after that I will mail when I am back.

Please note that unregistered letters are mailed at buyers risk!

Due to increasing problems with registered shipments to some Eastern European Countries I want to remind that registered letters are only insured for 25 Euro. If you want to have full insurance coverage then I can mail by insured letter in a sealed envelope. In this case I can offer full refund if lost. This form of shipment is available for most countries with some exceptions. Please ask if you have any questions. Insurance is 1 Euro per beginning 100 Euro of value.
Since 25.April 2008 insured letters are not any more available to Russia! Only way to get full insurance is then by DHL parcel, but this causes higher cost. Please ask first!

Covers, sheetlets and sometimes s/s require a bigger envelope with cardboard. I will combine your purchases of up to two weeks to one shipment to save shipping fees.

If total is above 60 Euro then I will mail by registered mail at no additional charge. Above 125 Euro I will mail free of charge. Insurance cost is waived if total is above 250 Euro (except DHL parcel).

For payment I accept the following:

Paypal ( no additional fees for Paypal payments), Wire transfer to my account in Germany, Personal checks and money orders in US$, personal checks in GBP (in this case I transfer the amount from Euro to US$ or GBP) or payment direct to my UK account. Also I accept payments by Moneybooker.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, then just return it and I will refund you. If it was my fault then I also refund your postage cost.
