Nienhwa(Chinese painting), an adornment for celebration of Chinese Lunar New Year, is a traditional Chinese art. It has the functions of educating children, circulating history, and propagating knowledge. The four stamps take as their motifs four Nienhwas. They are Satisfaction for Every Year, Beaming with Joy, Happiness and Longevity, Wealth and Peace. The figures were based on the traditional Nienhwas of window-frames and painted in bright color for gaining the majestic mood in celebration of the coming New Year.
