Hello to you all out there. I am a Brit who has served in the British Armed Forces and receiving a War Pension due to my Disability. Most of my stamps up for sale are "30-45%"of cat however Expertised stamps will be sold at a Premium ( so you are sure it`s not a Fake ).I try where possible to use the Delcampe Forums to solve all my Problems and Issues regarding stamps. My Postal Charges/Payment are a Guide and some times have to be Amended due to Inflation and Shipping charges out of my control. Of course to keep cost down I prefer payment in Europe by BIC / IBAN or Money Bookers ( PAYPAL as last resort ,please add 0.75 USD extra for orders under 10.00 USD due to high Fees. ).
